With fitness and health consciousness on the rise it is important to focus on daily health in a proper way. Lately, importance is being given to stamina than having mass strength. And stamina helps the individual to be energetic and more positive minded. But that is only possible when you have the right kind of diet. So, here is a look at some of the best foods which give you good stamina.

First in the list is oatmeal and this is an unprocessed carb which gets digested slowly so a power packed cereal gives energy for hours. Due to the presence of complex carbs the blood sugar is at optimum level. Secondly, beans are a good source of stamina. It is rich in mineral and iron which generates a good level of RBCs (Red Blood Cells) which carry oxygen and build stamina.

 The other important thing that can be tried is coffee which is an instant energy provider. This helps fight against fatigue and it energizes the central nervous system. Another essential food which builds stamina is green leafy vegetables. This is packed with micronutrients and it not only builds stamina but also increases the RBC count. They are rich in fibre and maintain blood-glucose level. Another good source of stamina is Bananas. 

It is advisable to have it just few hours before exerting yourself. They are good source of carbs and they are quite effective as they help in releasing the chemical called Dopamine which helps build concentration and focus. Another good stuff is peanut butter since they contain Omega 3 fatty acids  which reduce pain and boost heart health.
